01. 용도
윤활유, 연료유 등의 유류 및 윤활성을 가지고 있는 점성액체 이송용.

02. 사용압력
최고 7kg/㎠

03. 베어링
내장식으로서 펌프 자체의 이송액에 의해 자체 윤활된다.

04. 축씨일링
그랜드 팩킹 또는 메카니칼 씰을 사용.

05. 안전변
토출변을 전폐했을때 토출압력 상승한도가
계획 전압력의 132%이하가 되도록 설계되어 있다.

그러나 계획 전압력이 5kg/㎠ 이하일 때는
압력 상승폭을 1.6kg/㎠ 이하로 하였다.
설정압력 최저 2.2kg/㎠ 최고 7.2kg/㎠

06. 사용온도
일반적으로 최고 70℃

1.슬러지 저장 및 이송장치
탱크에 저장된 탈수슬러지 케익은 펌프 또는 컨베어를 이용하여
반응기로 이송한다.

2.반응장치
뜨거운 오일(온도 130~150℃)이 있는 반응기로 이송된 탈수슬러지
케익은 고속 교반기에 의해 분산된다.
슬러지내의 수분은 뜨거운 오일에 의해 증발되고,
수분은 증기로 변한다.
수분이 제거된 슬러지는 컨베어에 의해 외부로 배출된다.

3.스크린 장치
오일에 튀겨져 배출된 슬러지는 진동스크린에 의해서 오일과 슬러지로
분리된다.

4.오일 회수장치
슬러지내에 있는 오일을 압착해서 회수한다.

5.응축장치
수분이 증기가 되어 외부로 배출되면, 열교환기에 의해 응축된다.

6.탈취장치
응축되지 않은 미량의 가스에 대한 냄새를 제거한다.

7.냉각장치
열교환기에서 제거된 응축수는 기존의 폐수시설로 보내진다.
(열교환에 순화되는 냉각수를 냉각하기 위한 장치)

8.오일순화장치
스크린을 통과한 오일을 반응기로 다시 공급한다.
