♧ Gravity dehydration section
(1st phase : Initial dehydration)

Condensed sludge in mixing tank is injected into the
charge chute through the inlet pipe and uniformly applied
to the filter cloth. The filtrate flowing through the lower part of
the filter bag is gravity dehydrated and separated from
the filter bag when contacted with the roller for removing
the filtrate attached to the gravity frame. Most of the water is removed here.

♧ Wedge dehydration section
(2nd phase : Low pressure dehydration)

Sludge from phase 1 passes through the area between
the top and bottom of the filter cloth looks like wedge.
The sludge is gradually pressurized to dehydration and
prevent pushed out during high pressure dehydration.

♧ Pressurized dehydration section
(3rd phase : mid pressure dehydration)

The sludge passed through the phase 2 passes through
a number of press rollers specially designed with the inverse
of the diameter principle. The diameter of the pressure
rollers gradually decreases, and the pressure applied to the sludge
increases as the rollers move. The resulting filtrate is effectively
dehydrated without re-infiltration into the sludge.

♧ Gravity dehydration section
(4th phase : high pressure dehydration)

The most important advantages of BPH series high
pressure dehydrator are high pressure rollers on porous
rollers and high pressure belts. The sludge is squeezed by
applying surface pressure to hydraulic syringes, cantilever and
high pressure belt, As an integrated high pressure dehydration
device, complete dehydtration is achieved by simultaneously
applying surface pressure and line pressure.
